Deliveries within the Netherlands are delivered by PostNL/DPD/DHL or GLS.
Ordered on weekdays before 15:00, delivered the next day.
We strive to ship your products within 24-48 hours after receiving your
payment to send. However, it may happen that a product
(temporarily) out of stock. In that case we deliver the product
up to 10 business days after your payment is received.
Our shipping costs are fixed at the rates set by PostNL or GLS
shipping costs, plus the applicable VAT rate. The costs are
dependent on the weight of the goods you have ordered. In the
statement of your order you will see exactly what the shipping costs are.

We deliver our products within Europe to several countries. Is your country not in the list of
shipping countries, please contact our customer service. We will then make an appropriate shipping quote.
Measure shipment Corona Virus
The corona virus creates exceptional circumstances. Attention to people and our society is more important than ever. Delivering mail, packages and other shipments for our customers contributes to the maintenance of society. That is why we continue to deliver responsibly in the Netherlands. We are taking extra measures to prevent the spread of the virus. In this mail you can read more about the measures.
Starting today, parcels will no longer be handed over. The deliverer keeps 1.5 meters distance from the recipient. The delivery driver will ring the bell and set the shipment on the ground ready, he or she will wait at a distance until the recipient takes delivery. In wet weather, the delivery driver will ring the bell and hold the shipment in his or her hand. Once the recipient opens the door, the delivery driver will ask to stand back and he or she will put the shipment over the threshold and dry inside.
According to the previously announced measure, after the recipient's consent, our delivery driver will sign for receipt by noting the last 3 characters of identification.
You can pay in four ways: via iDEAL, PayPal, Klarna Back Payment or bank transfer.
Returns and defects
Despite the great care we take with your order, it may happen that an item becomes defective or that you receive the wrong product through no fault of your own. In these cases, you must contact Bobbel Home B.V. within 10 days, which can be done through the online ticket system on our website or by writing a letter/E-mail to:
