Placing an order:

How do I place an order?

First, click on the product image or name to view the item details. Choose the color or size and then enter the quantity you want to purchase. You click on the ''Add to cart'' button After you have added all the products you want to buy to your cart, go to ''your cart'' and enter the required details. Click on ''checkout'' to complete the order

How do I pay for my purchase?

iDEAL

With iDEAL you can pay for your online purchases safely and easily. You pay in your familiar payment environment on the Internet, with the specific security methods of your own bank. As an internet banker you can use iDEAL directly, without having to register. iDEAL only works for customers with a Dutch bank account.

PayPal

PayPal allows anyone with an email address to securely send and receive payments online using their credit card or bank account. PayPal members can use PayPal to make purchases on the website quickly and easily.

Bank transfer:

If you do not have a credit card or bank account suitable for iDEAL or PayPal, you can also pay by bank transfer. Transfer the total amount of your invoice to the bank account of Bobbel Home BV, quoting the order number. Once your payment is received, we take your order into treatment.

Klarna Pay afterwards

Do you prefer to pay afterwards? This is also possible. With 'Pay later' you pay for your order as soon as you have received it and decided to keep it. This way, you never pay for what you return. Pay afterwards with Klarna is safe and easy. If you choose to use Klarna Back Payment, an additional €2 will be added to the total amount.

 


How can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?

Items in stock are normally shipped within 1-5 business days after an order is placed. We accept changes and cancellations on orders that have not yet shipped or if the items are on backorder.

To change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via email or call at 033-4700700 (Mon - Fri: 09:00 - 17:00). We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Once an item has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

 


Why is the price for an item different than when I added it to the shopping cart?

Prices are subject to change, including temporary discounts and permanent increases. The prices of items in your cart represent the current price at which you are charged.

How do you calculate your shipping and handling charges?

The cost of shipping is set at the applicable charges by PostNL on GLS. These costs are increased by the applicable VAT rate. Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the product you have ordered. You can easily view these costs when specifying the order.

 


Which shipping options are available?

Deliveries within the Netherlands are made by PostNL or GLS.

We deliver our products within Europe to several countries. Is your country not in the list of

countries, please contact our customer service. We will then make an appropriate shipping offer.

 


When will my order be delivered?

With your track and trace code you can see when your package will be delivered to you. Depending on our shipping location, the delivery time may differ from the standard 24-72 hours.

If you do not have a track and trace code one day after ordering, you can always contact our customer service.

Product information

Product information can be found at the product description. Instructions for assembly are included in the package. If these are missing or you have questions about a product please contact customer service. Product information may contain errors, if you see an error we would like to hear from you. Subject to any errors (including prices) on the website no rights can be granted. We will inform you if this is the case.

 


Order status

How can you check the status of your order?

You can check the status of your order through the provided Track & Trace code you received shortly before shipment. This allows you to track your package en route to the delivery address.

 


I did not receive a track and trace, what now?

It may happen that no track and trace is sent by the carrier. Of course we can help you resolve this.

Before mailing us, we always ask you to check your spam box first. It often ends up in this box as it is an automatic message. Did you not receive it in your spam box? Then it may be that the final delivery date of your order is further in the future, and it will still be sent.

Returns and exchanges

How can I return a product?

Regretting your purchase? That can happen. Most products can be returned within 30 days. We ask that you email your order number and name to [email protected]. We will create a return label for you so you can return your order in no time.

Please note: Unstamped shipments will not be accepted. For prompt processing of your complaint, please include a copy of the invoice

 

What should I do if I have received damaged or incorrect goods?

If you receive defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email or call us. When sending an email, it is important to include the following: your order number, contact information and photos of the damage (if applicable). Please keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.

If your replacement item is backordered or out of stock, we will notify you as soon as we have the estimated arrival date or we can discuss a suitable solution with you.
