You are a member of an elite team of disease fighters whose mission is to treat the diseases at hot spots and research cures against these scary diseases before the situation gets out of hand. Do you have the right motivation and attributes to save humanity?

The game board highlights several world cities with large populations where diseases are spreading wildly, the hotspots. During each turn, a player has four actions at his disposal, in which to travel between cities, treat infected areas, discover a cure or set up a new research station. These actions can be performed using the cards located in one of the decks. Woven into these decks, in addition to these cards, are epidemic cards that cause the diseases to spread faster. In the other deck one finds cards that lead the "normal" spread of the diseases.

Each player has a unique role within the elite team of disease controllers , so players must work together to create a strategy that best showcases everyone's unique knowledge. For example, the Project Leader can build new research stations and the Scientist needs only four cards of one of the diseases to cure it instead of the five cards needed by the others. Play the game smart, because the diseases are spreading fast and time is short! If any of the diseases can no longer be contained, or treating them takes too long, all players lose. If the players manage to overcome the four diseases, they all win!
